Book Review for “Halloween Night” by Arden Druce

This book has all the elements you would expect for Halloween. Witches, spiders, jack-o-lanterns, ghosts and of course many more. My son really enjoyed the illustrations. There is a ton to look at on each page. I think they are well done for even small kids like mine. Not too creepy, but still scary enough to illustrate the spooky aspect of Halloween.

The rhyming phrases are always a hit with small kids. To be honest, I really enjoy them as well. It makes the story fun to read.  It’s definitely a book I would recommend adding to your Halloween holiday reading.

The only thing I didn’t like is that it didn’t have that originality I really love in a book. However, my son begs to differ. He thoroughly enjoys reading it. Since it’s tailored to kids, I can’t argue with results.

In conclusion, this book gets 5 stars. It is officially Mason approved.
